Custom Order Policy

By submitting a deposit, you are accepting the terms of this policy.

Custom designs are submitted for your approval. Deposits are accepted upon design approval. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a design and color combination meets your approval the quilt moves into production. Any changes made at this point may result in a delay in delivery and will result in additional fees.

Additional fees include:

Color changes - $50 per change plus the cost of materials

Design changes - $100 per change plus the cost of materials
