1901 Singer Treadle sewing machine

I found this machine on my local freecycle list.   It was listed as an old sewing machine in a cabinet.  According to the people at Singer, this is a 1901 model 27 that was made on August 13, 1901.

I began restoring it as best I could and now it's a major workhorse for my quilting.  The large throat area makes it wonderful for quilting large projects.  It works beautifully for basic quilting and meandering.

Note:  This machine is NOT for sale.
